2 Garen related bugs

I was using Warring Kingdom Garen skin for both games.

Our team had an Annie. The enemy team had a Morde. Garen got ulted by Morde and eventually died. Then, Annie became the villain for a while. She had the sword over her head and the passive showed up when you clicked on her as well.

The second bug was against a Quinn. The Quinn was near the blue side top inner turret. She was in Valor form. I was just over the wall, near the turret. I spun on her and even used Tiamat active on her, but she did not change into her ranged form. I dealt about half her HP in damage.
