Spirit Guard Udyr VO issue

So I was playing Udyr the other day and while using Spirit Guard I would sometimes here his base voice over when performing various actions like the line "Their fear is wise." I don't know if this is a universal issue or just me but yeah I wanted to put it out there since maybe even other skins might be suffering this issue.
