No icon for Kalista's Black Spear in the after-game screen

I suppose this bug was probably around since her release, but with the introduction of remakes, it's now a lot more common for the Black Spear to still be in Kalista's inventory at the end of a game. It has no icon in the post-game screen (it also doesn't show the "empty inventory slot" graphic).

I wish I had thought to take a screenshot but it should be super easy to replicate, get into a game with Kallista, have someone pull the plug on their connection, and /remake.
