Wierd Client thing on Kayns page

On the overveiw of Kayn on the client the wheel give him one point in utility and nothing else, it says he relys completely on basic attacks to kill enemys (i havent played him but i really think thats wrong) and there is not difficulty meter. Was it like this with Xayah and Rakan as well
