Crashed in Flex queue and cannot Reconnect...

SO hyped to try out preeason 7 and test out the flex queue. As Champion Select was over I crashed and the screen showed reconnect. I tried to reconnect and still wont let me .I Even tried to log out and log back in and still wont let me . after i got the leaverbuster the client showed i need to DOWNLOAD EXTRA files in order to play and i am outrage that happened because the patch showed i was done downloading all the file.... can someone explain why and btw ignore my horrible grammar lol (https://gyazo.com/10a4a1389e4c2eb08aa5e61c7dc083c4)
