Teleport bug

Something I noticed is that sometimes when I am walking past nexus and decide to teleport back to toplanes turret it will instead teleport onto the nexus turret. The reason is that I use the minimap to teleport and even when I click on top turret it will send me to nexus turret near me.

It only ever done this If I tried teleported while halfway out of the base and never when I am in fountain or in a lane. It's happened 3 times before and I am positive on every time I clicked the top turret as my destination.

Edit: Should also point out im not standing on the nexus turret so it isn't a mis click of it being too close to the minimap. I would be hugging the wall of the base and nexus turret wouldn't even be visible on my screen but it will still go there.
