PBE Eligibility Check Problem

Hi everyone. I was excited about PBE opening up for registration again, but ran into this problem when I tried to sign up. I refreshed the page multiple times and even tried opening a new tab, but nothing worked. Is this problem on my end or Riot's? Thanks.

Getting the same problem too! I tried doing it in different browsers sadly everytime same thing happens. I was so excited too :(

Same problem, I tried using NA, EUW and EUNE accounts; didn't help.
