I couldnt pick a Champion (EUW)

It was my turn to pickl I heard the sound, but somehow the client was still showing that the last guy from the enemy team didnt lock his champ and the timer was running for their side, my champions were still greyed out. I couldnt pick a champion, and when the timer raqn out, I was kicked out of the game and got the dodge penalty.

AND I GOT A FREAKING DEFEAT IN MY PROMO SERIES!!!!!!

It would be really nice if I could get a lose forgiven for that.
