Yeah, so... Just found this out. Pls fix.
Edit: To clarify: Awareness will block any damage from a champion that is outside the ring, even if that champion is dealing AoE or DOT damage. A good example of not making sense is a Zoe Bubble that does 0 damage on the wakeup because she's not in the radius, or Xin getting poisoned by Singed and flung away, or running through the poison trail, and not taking any effect from it.

If you're out of his ultimate's circle then you don't deal damage. It's simple. It should even block ignite.
Block as in he doesn't take dmg when you're not in the ring?
fix what exactly? a spell working exactly as its designed to?
Logged in to comment, this is not a bug. It's how it's supposed to work. Just because It doesn't fit your view of how a champion works doesn't mean that it's a bug. A bug is when a mechanic is doing something it's not supposed to do. This is not such a case as the ult prevents dmg from sny champion outside of his ult. The source of DOT effects is the enemy champion, therefore the DOT does no dmg as they aren't within the ring. A bug would be if xin's ult blocked turret shots if the turret was not within the circle. IE if xin ran in and out of turret range while using ult.
