Gangplank delay between placing barrels doubled in 6.5

So I noticed that comboing with gangplank barrels felt really clunky/slow compared to before the patch. After messing around in a custom game I came to find out the delay is now .6s instead of .25. There was no mention of a change to gangplank's barrels anywhere in the patch notes or where I searched. So I really hope this is a bug that can be hot fixed :l

It effectively doubles the time it takes to chain barrels right now.
