[CLIENT] Teambuilder Chroma palette picker not working

I've been spamming Morgana lately and have bought Chrome for her. I like her colors. For whatever reason in the past few games, i've been unable to change the color of the skin, so i either stay in the last picked color or (this just happened) i reverted to the default skin. I did double check the color i've chosen, before i entered Teambuilder and after i got into a team. I thought this was due to the shop constantly being taken on/offline so i dismissed it but now it's clearly an issue.

The reason i think this is happening:

The small loading window that appears each time you switch a skin is missing for some reason. I've attempted this in a custom game and the loading window is there, which means the skin is correctly chosen but in Teambuilder, the absence of this window doesn't register a skin change.

I've attempted this right now in a custom and in Teambuilder. Custom game = loading window there. I can switch colors. Teambuilder = not there. I stay in the last color that i managed to change before this started happening.
