strange happenings on level up

acquired two champs in a bottle thingy and disenchanted the cheaper veigar first... went to disenchant akali and it said I couldnt and I needed to restart client... I restart client and akali is gone and no blue essence is in her place... please fix this Riot. I really appreciate it..
