[Champion Select Screen] Cannot open the Rune window

The only thing that comes out is the line with the X on it to close it. I can't look at my runes in any way, even if i change pages or champs, or if I close the "window" and reopen it. It stays like that for the full champion select screen and goes back to normal in the next match. It doesn't always happen, but it happened a few times that it made me write this report. I don't really know of any exact way to reproduce it, just that, i'm lagging a lot when it does (so maybe that's one). It also happened when a premade declined the queu or when a teamate left the champion select screen while i was looking at my runes. If i want to test some runes with a certain champ and this happens, the only thing i can do is dodge, and try with the next match.
