Opening shop also opens up character stats

It's kind of hard to see but the character stats panel opens up when I open the shop. Doesn't matter if I click the shop with my mouse or with a hotkey (which is not the same as my hotkey for character stats). My hotkey for character stats is c and shop hotkey is p. The screenshots didn't capture my mouse but as you can see, hovering over my item slots in shop will show the information on the character stats.
