Fix the Minions, you just made Blitz OP...er.

Blitz can now grab you when there's minions partially in the way. His hand brushes them first, but it grabs you and not the minion. I just fed in lane because of this. Additionally, the minions spreading out further just clogs the lane and I can't maneuver around them. Blitz now owns bot lane. Fix this now!
