Question About Possible Kennen Bug

Spookÿ··2 votes·731 views

When Kennen has his passive on a minion, activating his W when the minion dies just slightly before the activation causes the W to not activate correctly and not deal damage, yet still puts the ability on Cooldown. Please help!
