Ever since the latest download . . . all of my item sets are gone!!!
Is there a way to recover them on my account? Also why did this happen? My League Client also didn't remember me . . ..

I had that happen a while ago. Kinda weird. I ended up just remaking them all.
Item sets are stored locally on your hard drive. They can be lost if you redownload (or on occasion update) the client.
I would suggest making a copy of the files containing them and copying them to another location on your computer after changing them.
