[CLIENT] Never loads stats

Still it happens that every once in a while it wont load my end game stats, and it just stays on the "skip waiting for stats" screen. It tends to happen more often when my connection is being flaky, but even when i wait literally minutes after my connection is back to normal, it wont ever load my stats (or more importantly, allow me to report/honor people and participate in chat).
