Game hit 100% for everyone and wouldn't load

My last game hit 100% loading for everyone and wouldn't load for two of us. Our Rammus didn't know he had to reconnect when that happens, so he rejoined the game when everyone else was level 4. I'm not saying that's why we lost, but it didn't help.

Lots of people reporting this. I had to claw back into a ranked game earlier thanks to this.
