Orianna Bug (Gameplay)

just had an aram game where at one point orianna was able to activate her w at the target location of the q she had just cast about 1/4 second before the q actually arrived. ive never seen it happen before up until now, but its a rather significant bug.

It has always been like that.

There is only a .15 second delay before she can cast spells.
