Can you people fix the bug where mouse buttons alt tab you already?

I've lost count of how many games I "threw" unintentionally by pressing a mouse button to activate my items in the last couple months since this bug was introduced. It literally ruins games. It makes no sense, sometimes you hit mouse buttons early on in a game and nothing happens but in a late teamfight it alt tabs you once then never does it again. Seriously, this is probably THE most game affecting bug I can think of right now and I have no clue why it hasn't been fixed.
