project ashe weird q particles

ok so im pretty upset, but may just be looking at this the wrong way, the ashes q particles (link above) is really weird looking, having a blue square around the little arrows, anyone else thinks this looks unfinished? or am i just looking at it weird because other people i know are saying that it supposed to be like that, please just give me some feedback cause i want someone elses insight and im wondering if this will ever be changed, i mean i spent 15$ on this skin shouldnt i get my moneys worth?

im gonna see if its just the PROJECT: skin that looks like that or if its made like that in all ashe skins

Thanks for the report!

In this case, the square glow is working as intended. When played at normal speed, it creates a slick glow effect. I agree that when you slow it down, it does look a bit funky, but it's not meant to be seen in as a screenshot. :)
