Possible DJ Sona bug

Upon trying to load a game it would load to 100% but never go into the game. I reconnected 3 times then it finally went into the game, however even though I could buy items none of the champions seemed to be moving and I couldn't move except she would do her dj actions and I could hear her sound effects.

Would happen everytime I reconnected. :/
