Issues since 5.15 patch

The following problems have been occurring since the 5.15 path (for me).

1. Noticeably longer queue time in each separate game type.

2. Noticeably longer load times.

3. Occasional crashes while the game is loading. (aka stuck in the load screen with no changes in ping or load progress) This one is particularly frustrating because with the already higher load times its hard to tell if the game has crashed or we should just wait a bit more.
