[Gameplay] Singed Able to Drag Me

Summoners Rift Playing as Poppy.
Enemy Singed was able to drag me (similar to Skarner or Syndra).

More than likely cheating since, as when I confronted him about it, he was cocky and proceeded to leave the room.

Also as a joke (but seriously) nerf Singed please.
