couldn't pick a champion in champ select

when it was my turn to pick a champion it made the noise that it makes when its your turn but then it glitched and went back to saying summoner 4 and 5 are picking their champions until it kicked me out. during my placement games too... first lose of placement games FeelsBadMan #refund ruckfito
