[GAMEPLAY] Presence of Mind and Mana Refunding abilities/Tear of the Goddess

I initially noticed this bug on Quinn's R.

Whenever you use an ability that can refund mana while presence of mind is active, you can net a positive gain in mana. I also tested this with Taliyah's Q on worked ground and Annie's Q when she kills a unit, but I imagine it works with all other abilities with a built in mana refund.

Steps to recreate:

1. Trigger presence of mind.
2. Meet the conditions for a spell cast to refund mana (Kill a unit with Annie's Q, Cast Taliyah Q on worked ground, Cancel Quinn's R channel).
3. Be refunded the mana you never spent.

Notably, this also works on ALL champions with a Tear of the Goddess item in their inventory. Triggering presence of mind and casting any spell will cause you to gain mana because of the amount of mana refunded by Tear's passive.

I wasn't sure if this was an intended interaction or not.
