Key presses not registering, potetial server issue

Recently I've been having issues with Keys not registering when pressed. I happens most often during fights so I thought it was a connection issue however my ping doesn't seem to rise, might just not be registering. There is also the possibility if it being my keyboard however is seems to work perfectly, no issues outside of league. Back to a poor connection, on my end this must be complete and total bullshit because there is no way this just suddenly happens. In fact my connection got an upgrade and was working flawlessly until say a month or two ago? To summarize things went to the shiter and nothing makes since as to why unless of course, its a server issue?
