Key presses not registering, potetial server issue

Recently I've been having issues with Keys not registering when pressed. I happens most often during fights so I thought it was a connection issue however my ping doesn't seem to rise, might just not be registering. There is also the possibility if it being my keyboard however is seems to work perfectly, no issues outside of league. Back to a poor connection, on my end this must be complete and total bullshit because there is no way this just suddenly happens. In fact my connection got an upgrade and was working flawlessly until say a month or two ago? To summarize things went to the shiter and nothing makes since as to why unless of course, its a server issue?

It could be packet loss. If data on your end can't reach the servers, you'll be unable to act intermittently but everything else will continue on as usual. I suggest downloading the WinMTR program and running a tracert the the NA server below for 5-10 minutes and look for packet loss;

I'm getting some ICMP protocols so I'm wondering if that might be my Router? And are you sure about that IP address cause i don't get any TCP connections?

I'm confused by what you mean. What are you looking at and what are you seeing? Yes, that is Riot's NA game server, or more accurately it's a hop at Riot just before that (the actual server is 192.64.170.1, but it doesn't respond to pings so I don't send ppl there).

Ah, i was recording all network traffic with Wireshark. And according to it there is no TCP connections going to that IP address. TCP is a commonly used data transfer Protocol. Basically an expected data isn't getting sent or revived from that IP. Also because you said not to i pinged that IP anyways and while it did drop 3/4 times it did respond once.
