[GAMEPLAY] Olaf needs glasses?

I was playing Olaf top against a Quinn, and I had ulted and she used her q on me, but near-sight still went off on me. Later in the game it didn't go off. I figure that it only disabled you if the disable persisted after Olaf's ult was over.

  1. Ult with Olaf
  2. Use Quinn's q on him

I don't think this is a bug; Olaf's ult cleanses him of all crowd control effects, but Quinn's nearsight is coded as a debuff.

The thing is, is that it didn't affect me sometimes

Are you sure you got hit directly by her Q? It only applies nearsight to the first enemy Champion it hits; it's possible a minion may have blocked it for you.

There was nothing near me, and i had the ring around me like i had it applied, but i could see
