Controls changing their keybindings on game start

Sometimes when I start a match, my controls will get randomly rebinded. My left click becomes a ping command, Esc doesn't show up the option menu and there are probably more wacky stuff than I found before having to rebind one of my mouse buttons to be Esc to access the damn reset bindings.
