[Client] Not making it to post game.

I'm not sure what's causing it, but seemingly once every few games instead of hitting the honor screen and then post game screen after finishing a game it sends you back to the party lobby. I've encountered it in solo q Inter SR Bots and with friends in Draft SR and ARAM so I don't think it's game mode or player related.

I've experienced this as well. It sent me back to the lobby, where the "Find Match" button was grayed out. It said sth. like "A player in the party is not ready". I was alone in that "party". Everything went back to normal after restarting the client.
