A few things (Names and Skin names)

Firstly, usage of apostrophe s. I've seen it a few times but the one most recently is division Gragas's Liberators. I was taught (wrongly mind you) that proper names that end in "s" only get an apostrophe and not an additional s. Supposedly you can add 's if it sounds natural. Just looking for clarification there.

Secondly skins names (Guardians of the Sands Rammus and Piltover Customs Heimerdinger) are larger than the border (unsure if it's all borders as I've only seen it with people that have a silver + border).

(attached Rammus skin but I don't have copy of mine even though it's the one I use all the time).

"Some writers and editors add only an apostrophe to all nouns ending in s. And some add an apostrophe + s to every proper noun, be it Hastings's or Jones's. One method, common in newspapers and magazines, is to add an apostrophe + s ('s) to common nouns ending in s, but only a stand-alone apostrophe to proper nouns ending in s."

To some extent, writer's choice; however, as I have often seen it the 2nd "s" is dropped after proper nouns.

Example: Mr. Jones' pen was broken.
