[CRASH] Very Random Crashing, Have to Restart Comp to Get Back In. Can We Get a Red on This Please?

I had posted about this awhile ago, but I feel that it really needs to reach Riot's attention, because it has still not been fixed. It had started happening after the Ekko patch was released. The bug is so bad its game breaking. You just randomly have your whole game freeze, and the only way to get back into the game is by restarting your whole computer. By that point, your team has already lost due to being 4v5 for so long. The bug is just completely random tho. I have had it happen at just about any time during the game, on multiple different champions.

From what I know, it seems to be an issue for Windows users, but I'm not for sure if it is happening to people with mac or not. You can fix it by reinstalling the game, not sure if that works for everyone, but it can help. Only problem is, any time a new patch comes out the bug returns and you will have to reinstall your game again, in hope that it gets rid of it.

Can we please get a Red to address this issue? It is a very terrible bug, and having to reinstall the game every time it randomly shows up and gives you an instant loss, in hopes that it fixes it, is no fun at all. If anyone else has experienced this bug or has any information on it, so we can better resolve it, please add to the discussion. Thank you everyone in help with the matter.

Instead of restarting the computer, start task manager, kill the League process. Then restart league. Generally faster than rebooting the PC. I have a decent PC, so I can be reconnected in about 30 seconds... usually after waiting 2 minutes to see if the connection resets all by itself.

An update to this issue, I have found that reinstalling LoL doesn't actually solve the issue at all. After reinstalling the game after this recent patch, I am still running into this game crashing bug. This has been going on for weeks now! I have sent in multiple tickets and have posted on the forums multiple times, and Riot refuses to respond to the matter, or even acknowledge that it is going on. The game is not playable anymore. What do I have to do to get Riot to fix their game? It is broken and needs fixed. This is by far the single worst customer service I have ever seen. Sorry for sounding upset, but I am upset. They are giving us a broken product and are refusing to even knowledge that it is broken, or even take any steps to fix it. All I want to do is play the game without having to screw over other people due to the game not working right, but I can't because Riot doesn't seem to care.
