So Naut Q doesn't ALWAYS stop dashes

In reality I should probably had been killed on this play, but Rito gave me a 2nd chance! Ty for this once, but what if I'M PLAYING Naut next game? This would not be acceptable, please look into it!

EDIT: Overall, I just think that there needs to be some better coding and/or visual clarity on Naut's Q (the anchor specifically). I posted on him about 2 weeks ago where his Q was invisible a few times in game.
