[GAMEPLAY] Syndra Q bug

I just played Syndra on ARAM and three times, after dying my Q was replaced with the functionality of V (ping). I never figured out how to actually get Q to cast again properly without dying and respawning.

I think it may have had to do with casting Q while dying maybe...
