Server Error PUNISHES ME!

Yeah this is rediculous. I get into a ranked match, and your server comes back with a server error, unable to connect to server or something. Everything freezes up during banning phase (I can still scroll through champions and chat below (though no response) then out of nowhere, everything slingshots, I get kicked for "failure to select a champion" (when I could not select anything while the server had the process frozen) I que up again and find it COUNTED THE SERVER ERROR AS A DODGE I get punished for Riots crap servers? really? Your server glitches out, and I get a dodge pentalty. Thanks riot.
