relic shield broken

^ as title says played a game relic shield didn't work item was broken wouldn't share gold with full stacks and person right next to me. It never had a threshold id have to last hit a minion and only 20% of those minions would share the gold was very glitchy. same game ashes ult fazed through enemy champions repeatedely entire team saw it. one game extremely big glitches just thought u should know.
