Illaoi Ult vs Azir Ult

Whenever azir ults at the same times illaoi ults, illaoi doesn't get pushed, he just jumps and doesn't get hit. Don't know if this is intended or not but i think azir's ult says enemies can't pass over it. Reproduce: Illaoi and Azir ult at the same time. Illaoi jumps over azir's soldier shield.
