Friends list in game time

When i check my friends list and see who is in game, its always rediculously long game timers, from messaging my friends in game i have determined that the time the friends list bar tells me is always (Time in Game) + (1 hour) not a major problem but its a glitch none the less and im probably not the only one who experiences. I've had this glitch for several months now and only just now decided maybe i could get it fixed. so yeah, riot code monkeys, i found you more work!
