[CLIENT] Unable to disenchant loot shards.

I'm not able to disenchant shards, turn tokens into masteries, or turn a shard into a skin at the moment.

I can click the icons all day and nothing ever happens, the little menu will not come up. If I click on a key, that comes up. It's just for champ shards, skin shards, and mastery tokens where I get no options to do anything. It makes the sound when I click it and the hover screen comes up if I hover but if I click on it I get nothing at all.
