Random games with extreme ping

AggressiveWolf··1 votes·923 views

Will have 5-6 games with 140 ms and 1 game in these will give me 300+. I check network utrility which shows a 130 ms while the site 'LOL ping test' gives me around 99 with a max of 170. Wtf is going on?
