[CLIENT] Dynamic Queue has a random chance to show the enemy's pick before picking phase

It's weird because I can't hammer it down, but for whoever goes first pick on Dynamic queue, you can randomly see who they selected, or often see a champion they had not highlighted with no champion icon, just the same. Per example, someone is banning Ekko, but before he selected Ekko as a first pick ban, Lucian was highlighted in text but not in text AND icon.

It's kind of weird but I also think its revealing who's playing what on the team.

EDIT: To clarify as I had it happen again, it's whenever you're in banning phase and you're the first to ban that there's a chance to see the text of the champion you have highlighted.
