Unowned Free Champs available in Ranked 5v5 (not 5-man group)

When I queued the other day, I was solo-queued. I got into a game as a top-laner, and our support selected Bard as the champion they wanted to play. The odd thing about that? They don't even own Bard - he's part of the free champion rotation this week.

This might need to be looked into.

Also, the screenshot above is from my client store, taken today - however, if you look in my match history, I have a Braum game in Ranked - and I was solo-queued.

This needs to be fixed. =/
