[GAME] Morg and new Alt+click functionality

When pressing Alt+click to show timer for cd on her ult, it does not work. My guess is because it is grayed out? Did not get a chance to test it when near an enemy, cause I was in middle of game, but figured I would make note of it since it is something new.
