[GAMEPLAY] Yasuo will not auto attack for a couple of seconds after he ults

This has been a bug for a very long time and is very easy to reproduce Step 1: Have Yasuo ult someone Step 2: Try right clicking on them. You won't be able to auto attack for a couple of seconds Very frustrating. Also occasionally this happens even when you don't ult which I have no idea why
