[CLIENT] - When attempting to change names, it doesnt state that there is a cap of 15 characters

It doesn't state under the 'To Change your name' text, that your name can only be a maximum of 15 characters.

I know this is a very minor thing, but i would have thought that this should be stated somewhere as to avoid any confusion with players wondering why they cant select their desired name, when trying to use a name that has over 15 characters.
