[CLIENT] - After earning Rank 5 and receiving an S+, Player doesn't receive a Rank 6 Reward Token

Steps to repro:

1. Have a champion just under Rank 5, (around 19700 mastery score is good for this),
2. Win a game with that champion receiving an S-, S or S+,
3. When in post game lobby observe,

Result: The local player who receives rank 5, whilst also getting an S of any variety, doesnt receive their Rank 6 Mastery Reward Token.
