Yasuo possibly counters xayah more than any other adc

I'm not sure if this is intended, but I really don't think it should be. Before you say anything, I know yasuo is a counter to ranged champions, but here me out.

Yasuo is on free week, and for my past few games I have had them on the enemy team while playing Xayah.

I noticed that if he wind walls, even if I am on the same side as him, I do no damage, I think I figured out why.

Xayah's passive. The wall eats the feather that trails behind him, but even though it passed through yasuo's body before hitting the wall, the feather vanishes and yasuo takes no damage at all. This is concerning given that the trailing feather range is much further than her auto range.

I've had many encounters with yasuo, even despite my positioning against him, do 0 damage to him what so ever.
