[GAMEPLAY] Annie's W and R still hitting after blinking
Details Had this happen the other day when I was playing Yasuo against Annie. Basically I flashed right before she used her ult and it still damaged and stunned me. Note that the time before I flashed and she ulted was very small, so like a little less than 100ms. About 10 minutes later, in the last teamfight of the game, the same exact thing happened except it happened with her W. I've had this happen a lot before this but it's not until now that I decided to report it. How to Reproduce this Bug

Again, the time between the flash and the Ult/W must be VERY short, so it might be take a bit to purposely replicate it.
If you need proof of this just try it, you'll probably get it after a few tries. I don't have the time to replicate it at the moment so I can't show a video or screenshot it right now.
