Bundle is more expensive than Individual sales?

I was looking at the starter pack bundle..and noticed I have everything unlocked..all the champs, and Im level 30 so the exp boost is our of the question. the only thing Id be purchasing is a 4-win IP boost for 490RP while the start bundle (With everything removed) is 530RP, so basically Id be paying 40RP more for the bundle...now mind you while this isn't a gamebreaking bug or anything..I just would advise Riot to look over their bundles..since generally a bundle is supposed to save you money, rather than be more expensive
